The objectives and functions of the Citizen Service and quality management are:
- To check the Consell, the CAIB and other public entities.
- Manage the paperwork immediately easy to solve.
- Start the files that require the intervention of the same Consell other areas, as well as other administrations.
- Provide the public an overview of the specific activity of the Consell and the Consell administrative processing competence.
- Report on the status of processing of claims of citizens.
- Manage the system suggestions and complaints.
- Manage the board edicts.
- Assist in the implementation of internal quality systems of the corporation.
