The objectives and functions of the Citizen Service and quality management are:

  • To check the Consell, the CAIB and other public entities.
  • Manage the paperwork immediately easy to solve.
  • Start the files that require the intervention of the same Consell other areas, as well as other administrations.
  • Provide the public an overview of the specific activity of the Consell and the Consell administrative processing competence.
  • Report on the status of processing of claims of citizens.
  • Manage the system suggestions and complaints.
  • Manage the board edicts.
  • Assist in the implementation of internal quality systems of the corporation.
